These terms apply to your use of Hear This. Purchases made through Apple are also subject to Apple’s applicable terms.

Using Hear This

Hear This provides music-learning, listening, theory, exploration, and musician-tool features. Use the app in accordance with applicable law and these terms. Hear This is an educational and creative aid and does not guarantee academic, professional, health, or performance outcomes. Please listen at an appropriate volume.

Accounts

An account is not required for general use. You may create one to protect and synchronize supported progress and settings. You are responsible for maintaining access to your sign-in method. Account deletion is available through the app.

Free and paid access

Hear This includes free features and may offer subscriptions, lifetime access, trials, introductory offers, or promotions. The current price, billing period, and included access are shown before purchase.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your Apple Account. Apple manages billing, cancellation, refunds, renewal notices, and any required consent for subscription price changes.

Lifetime access

A lifetime purchase provides ongoing access to the Hear This features and content identified as included with that purchase, subject to these terms and the continued availability of the app.

Purchases and restoration

Digital app features use Apple in-app purchase where required. Eligible purchases can be restored using the Apple Account originally used to make the purchase.

Ownership and acceptable use

Hear This software, curriculum, artwork, audio, branding, and writing are owned by or licensed to G Tree LLC. Your access is personal and does not transfer ownership. You may not copy, resell, reverse engineer, scrape, redistribute, or commercially exploit protected content except where applicable law permits.

Updates and availability

We may update the app to improve features, compatibility, security, and content. Service may occasionally be interrupted for maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control.

Disclaimers and limitation

To the extent permitted by law, Hear This is provided “as is” and “as available.” Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms as Hear This evolves. The date above will be updated, and material changes will be communicated when required. Contact support@hearthis.studio with questions.
